Coorparoo Square is a significant urban renewal project of an entire city block over what was the original Myer store in Brisbane. Place Design Group was retained by Honeycombes Property and later in their joint venture with Frasers Property to secure the development approvals for the 3 tower, 365 unit, mixed use residential project.

Place Design Group successfully worked with the client, council, and community, to gain approval from Council for this major $250 million inner city renewal project. The mixed-use development required a considered approach to facilitate the application with Council and has delivered a major urban renewal outcome replacing the derelict centre with three towers up to 20 storeys high and a vibrant food & dining precinct.
