Place Design Group were commissioned by Ausbuild to design and gain approvals for this new 260 lot community in Redland City. The project came on the back of the earlier successful approval of the adjoining Waterline project which facilitated a wider Structure Plan for the whole South-East Thornlands precinct.

Place Design Group was integral in the facilitation and adoption of this Structure Plan for the precinct. We provided town planning, urban design, environmental and landscape architecture services on the project. The estate incorporates a range of lot sizes and product types and we were able to work with clients and Council on a range of planning and design controls to regulate the delivery of the estate whilst providing planning and yield certainty for the client. Place Design Group continues to deliver the landscape design and approvals of subsequent stage releases, which includes their adjoining Altitude project.
