The Oracle Broadbeach

The Oracle is a dual-tower five star luxury apartment development. The project consists of a 50-storey beach tower and a 40-storey hinterland tower and features a retail precinct centered on the ‘Oracle Boulevard’. Place Design Group was commissioned for the planning and design of the project which covers almost an entire city block. With large public spaces our team was able to create a feeling of intimacy for private social settings while surrounding the spaces with modern design elements and finer urban details. An avenue of Cupaniopsis, (Tuckeroo Trees) line the Oracle Boulevard creating vertical relief and visual impact.
