The area encompasses the Lance Studdert Reserve, the Muddy Creek foreshore and the area currently occupied by the derelict Fisherman’s and Boating Club building.

Place Design Group have been commissioned to lead a specialist team through a process of detailed site investigations and stakeholder and community engagement to develop a holistic design vision for the site that provides a clear synergy between proposed buildings, open spaces, interface with the waters edge as well as connections to the surrounding streets.

This project is currently in progress, however to-date, includes a successful stakeholder engagement process to understand the local community group needs.
