BIM/REVIT MODELLER

This is a role for a 12-month contract BIM/Revit Modeller/Landscape Architect. You will be responsible for the production of project documentation, delivering on time and on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes. The role is aligned with an exciting international project opportunity and growing team. You will have a focus on landscape design, design development and documentation. Coupled with this technical capability, you will have great communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge.

 

The areas you will work across will include:

  • Terrane modelling
  • Extraction 3D model for rendering in Lumion
  • Preparation of design drawings
  • Project contract administration
  • preparation of construction documentation

 

Essential Experience + Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture
  • 3 years min. industry experience
  • Expertise in REVIT and BIM process
  • Competence in AutoCAD
  • Competence in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Not essential – Competence in Lumion / Enscape
  • Not essential – horticulture / planting knowledge
