Our award-winning team is expanding and we are seeking a full time Landscape Architect to join our Townsville studio. As a member of our local team, with over 35 years of combined regional experience, you will have the opportunity to work across varied project stages, from conceptual design to detailed construction documentation. You will contribute to the development of client and consultant relationships, for a range of exciting projects. Coupled with this technical capability, you will have great communication skills, a strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge.

 

The areas you will work across will include:

  • Preparation of design drawings and construction documentation using software including Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign.
  • Project contract administration.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tenders, proposals, and submissions.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality design solutions.

 

 

Essential Experience + Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in landscape architecture design, ideally within a professional practice.
  • Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Solid graphic communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Unrestricted Australian driver’s license.
