November 29, 2016, marked the official kick off of construction for R & F Property Australia’s $200M ‘ Brisbane 1’ development.
Brisbane 1 is the first of a three tower master plan, located in Vibrant South Brisbane, only a few minutes walk from Brisbane’s vibrant cultural precinct at South Bank.
Crowned the tallest tower in South Brisbane, the project will feature one, two, three and penthouse apartments starting from $345,000.
Place Design Group were commissioned to design an immersive communal private realm to provide residents with a central retreat, focused on a contemporary swimming lagoon, lush subtropical podium gardens and cooling waterscapes. Extensive rooftop facilities provide access to open sky and breathtaking views of the City Skyline and Brisbane river.
R&F Properties Australia’s collective portfolio is expected to be worth more than $2 billion with a projection of generating over 1,500 jobs over the next six years.
