The ADVANX development is a large, residential & commercial project located within the busy precinct of Rushcutters Bay, Sydney. Place Design Group was commissioned by valued client, Lindsay Bennelong to undertake the full Landscape Architectural Services for Stage 2 of the project – Advanx East.
The extension of the development’s plaza both opens and connects the adjoining developments providing a flexible public space not often seen in urban developments such as this. The design is further enhanced by a nine meter wide site link, which provides an important visual and physical connection, encouraging public accessibility into the space.
