Albert Street Cross River Rail Priority Development Area

The Albert Street CRR PDA Interim Land Use Plan will provide a planning framework for development above and adjacent to the new Albert Street underground rail station at the intersection of Albert and Mary Streets in the Brisbane Central Business District.

Place Design Group is bringing our experience in Priority Development Areas, City Making and Rail Infrastructure to this once in a generation city shaping project for Brisbane delivering 10.2 kilometres of new rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, and four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street, and upgrades to Dutton Park and Exhibition stations.
