The sales center is designed to respect its urban context by creating clear zones of transition as residents move through the space. Initially an open public urban plaza leads to a second zone which features a grid of trees set within a calm and still water feature. This second stage starts a dialogue between nature and the urban context. Once through the outer building an inner courtyard, enhanced by a formal lawn and feature plantings set within the water features creates a final transition before entering the display.
