The main axis runs North South from the Clubhouse and provides a variety of experiences as residents move through the space. Water features combine with shady pavilions, stepped lawn areas planted with flowering cherry blossom trees and large expansive lawns provide long vistas. Off this central axis individual courtyards provide “outdoor rooms” for each individual residential tower combining the EVA functions required with the elements considered necessary for a modern recreational lifestyle.

Through considered design thinking a fully integrated jogging track within the overall site links exercise opportunities and play areas together and creates a holistic landscape perfect for a modern urban life at any age.
