Given this location Place Design Group were able to develop a scheme which reflects on the cultural elements associated with the river location.
RESIDENTIAL
Place Design Group created various water features to conceptualise the cultural relationship between project and nature. Taking residents on a journey, the landscape architecture features paths abundant with lush plantings intertwining with cascading waterfall pavilions, leading through to courtyards and open lawn spaces. The paths lead back to the central relaxation area, an expansive timber deck complete with lounges providing a relaxation area overlooking the river.
