Edmondson Park, NSW, Australia
The architecture of the project is arranged around the central building, connecting the landscape design wit two main courtyards.
In the lush garden, there are not only corridors for resting and talking with friends, but also spaces for active activities such as children’s playgrounds and dedicated jogging tracks. The large paved area combines functions such as seats and sports, cleverly meets the requirements of vehicle traffic, making the design an organic whole. Lanes and parking lots inside the residential area allow pedestrians to pass through; lush foliage leaves shade for vehicles and pedestrians. The key nodes and main entrance on the central axis are formal, while the main activity area is a relaxing residential garden. The design of the townhouse on the south side not only considers the needs of personal privacy, but also provides a wealth of private courtyard options.
