Expertise in residential Landscape Architecture Services delivers a new residential development at Kings Central that promotes natural environment meets urban lifestyle.
As a part of the evolving New West region, Kings Central is a new residential community situated near to the Great Western Highway and located in Werrington, NSW.
A partnership between Lendlease, Eden Brae and Creation Homes, to launch a new boutique neighbourhood centred around carefully planned internal parklands, a recreation reserve, learn-to-ride bike pathway, playground, shade shelters, recreation space and well-designed streetscapes.
Lendlease engaged Place Design Group to provide Landscape Architecture services, to develop a residential masterplan supported by strategic planning for the parklands, and an open space concept and documentation within the Kings Central Development.
Through close collaboration with the technical consultant team, our landscape architects resolved earthworks, irrigation, flood and stormwater management strategies and a planting plan to support the establishment of a residential precinct and a recreation reserve.
The park pays homage to its location on Dharug Country through interpretive art, created by Dharug Educators and artists Leanne Watson and Erin Wilkins.
