Lotus Mansion

Lotus Mansion is a boutique residential and commercial development spanning 3 hectares with 398 residential apartments.  Commissioned to provide the full scope of landscape architectural services, Place Design Group utilised the theme of the ‘lotus’ for the project.  Combining modernity, usability and elegance, our team created a design which incorporated various courtyards and recreation spaces with a large internal lake over two levels as the development’s focal point.  Key to the success of the project was the provision of a ‘park like setting’ in the city centre that gave residents the opportunity to relax and unwind.
