Through the use of innovative pavement design incorporating water features and planting to soften the building massing, we have been able to ameliorate the effects of substantial Emergency Vehicle Access requirements to create a beautiful residential landscape.
Residential
Park Mansion’s architectural design style is inspired from old-Shanghai style and neoclassical style. Consisting of two different zones the Northern area of the project is high-rise with community landscape and the Southern zone being townhouses with private villa landscape.
