To design a space catering to residents of all different ages, designers noted the importance of reflecting traditional oriental culture through a modern design. It would be the design and layout that would activate an enjoyable, liveable public space that catered to the wider community needs. Through clever use of symmetry using traditional artistic conception and modern style, the residential area transformed into a functional space with group gardens, open floor space and a main garden path functioning as a slow walking track.
