Dexus’s significant land holdings in the Eagle St precinct have provided the impetus to develop a market-led proposal to create a new mixed-use and people-friendly precinct on the waterfront.
Place Design Group has a leading role on this $1.4 billion project encapsulating 1.5 hectares of public and riverfront open space, providing planning and urban design services, in addition to strategic advisory and communications support. Working alongside leading New York City-based placemakers Project for Public Spaces, Place Design Group delivered a targeted engagement program to put people at the centre of the design.
