Waterline is a 236-lot residential subdivision development in Thornlands, Redland City in South East Queensland.
Place Design Group was engaged to provide planning, environmental management, urban design, and landscape architecture inclusive of conceptual design, contract documentation, approvals, tender processes, full contract administration and post construction services. The project features extensive rehabilitation and koala offset planting to reinforce the environmental values in the neighbouring Pinklands Reserve and Moreton Bay environs.
Extensive collaboration across our multidisciplinary project team delivered the required approvals, and a high level of landscape finishes and design excellence, balancing the site’s environmental qualities with the necessary infrastructure for a sought-after residential community lifestyle.
