Now, as our NSW Design Team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join us in our Sydney Studio in Waterloo. What You’ll Do:
You’ll play a key role in leading design and documentation across a range of exciting public and private projects. Your creative flair, technical skill, and ability to see the big picture will help bring projects to life — from early concept through to construction. The role will be responsible for project management and delivery, delivering on time and on budget, successful, people-driven outcomes.
- Project manage – lead and coordinate project documentation, ensuring outcomes are creative, practical, and people-focused;
- Develop design concepts and construction packages that communicate vision and precision;
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and our talented internal teams — including our BIM specialists;
- Contribute to project administration and delivery, managing time, cost, and quality;
- Grow your expertise through professional development and exposure to diverse project types;
- Preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions;
- Performing site visits;
- Genuine mentoring and supporting more junior team members; and
- Internal and/or external professional development.
About You:
You’re a designer who thrives on collaboration, cares deeply about the quality of your work, and wants to make a difference in the places you help create. You will bring:
- A degree in Landscape Architecture (AILA registration or eligibility preferred).
- 5 year’s industry experience;
- Significant project management experience;
- Proven experience in design development, documentation, and delivery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and/or CAD software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills — confident collaborating across disciplines.
- Familiarity with BIM systems and workflows including Revit.
- Initiative, curiosity, and the motivation to contribute to a supportive, design-driven culture.
- Full working rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid full-time visa).
