As our award-winning team continues to grow, we are now seeking a full-time Senior Landscape Architect, located in our Sunshine Coast office in Maroochydore. You will be responsible for the coordination and production of project documentation, delivering on time and on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes.

The role is aligned with an exciting international project opportunity and growing team. You will have a focus on landscape design, design development, and documentation. Coupled with this technical capability, you will have great communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge.

 

The areas you will work across will include:

  • Project coordination with consultant team
  • Preparation of design drawings
  • Project administration
  • Preparation of construction documentation
  • Coordination and consultations with our SEQ BIM team
  • Internal and/or external professional development

 

 

Essential Experience + Attributes:

  • Tertiary qualification in landscape architecture
  • 5 years min. industry experience
  • Significant project management experience
  • Solid graphic communication skills
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • International experience preferrable but not essential
  • Australian residency
  • Familiarity with BIM systems and workflows including REVIT

 

 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working on international or large-scale projects
  • A passion for innovation and sustainability in design
  • Previous involvement in mentoring or team leadership
