The Opportunity

You’ll provide trusted strategic advice to public and private sector clients, leading the technical delivery of a diverse range of projects, working collaboratively alongside a team of planners, urban designers, visual communicators and landscape architects.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to exciting projects setting direction, driving delivery, and producing high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
• Apply your technical expertise in strategic and master planning, policy, and design to shape innovative solutions and provide trusted advice.
• Own project delivery by coordinating teams, managing workflows, and keeping budgets and performance on track.
• Inspire and mentor others, strengthening team culture and supporting professional growth.
• Grow lasting relationships, generating repeat work and fuelling a strong project pipeline.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a confident, self-driven professional who can work independently, lead dynamic projects and teams, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. You bring a proven track record in project delivery in multi-disciplinary environments, and you’re excited by the challenge of working across borders and cultures.

You’re also a problem-solver, collaborator, and lean into mentoring as well as learning from those around you. You will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in in urban and regional planning, urban design, or a related field
• Have 5+ years planning and/or design experience (Senior, Associate, and Senior Associate roles available)
• Strong project management background, including overseeing mid-sized to larger projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Full working rights in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid full-time visa).
