We have a zero tolerance of sexual harassment and sex-based harassment at Place Design Group. We believe that any harassment causes an environment of fear, humiliation, and inequality, and undermines the dignity of individuals, leading to negative emotional, physical, and psychological consequences. We recognise it can severely impact our team member’s ability to perform their best work and can also damage the trust and collaboration necessary for the success of our teams.
