Sectors

RESIDENTIAL

Our team considered various factors for Advanx’s landscape design; including the architecture, multi-use mix, building heights and orientation, existing landscape character, heritage values, surrounding urban fabric and infrastructure, available views, local microclimatic conditions and finally, local and regional authority requirements. A key feature of the landscape works is the creation of two (9-metre wide), through-site links between Nield & McLachlan Avenues. Providing an important visual and physical connection, they encourage public accessibility into the space. Advanx Rushcutters Bay won the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) Award for Excellence in High Density Development.
