Dutton Park Neighbourhood Plan

The Dutton Park-Fairfield Neighbourhood Plan area plays a vital role within Brisbane City and South East Queensland as a key health, science and knowledge hub.

Place Design Group was engaged to provide economic, public realm and built form technical guidance throughout Council’s process of carrying out development scenario testing and preparation of the neighbourhood planning strategy. Strategic recommendations delivered by Place Design Group were prepared on an area-wide scale, and for key locations such as major public transport interchanges along key road corridors and interfacing with major health and institutional facilities.
