Genesis Master Planned Community

A premier residential subdivision, Genesis is located in the foothills of the Coomera Range and totals 7 Stages which include a mixture of detached dwelling lots and management lots, and recent expansion to include an additional stage on adjacent land. Place Design Group provided the master planning, town planning, environmental and landscape architectural services to the project.  Our team incorporated the latest design and technology in integrated urban water management including water sensitive urban design (WSUD) features such as rainwater tanks and dual reticulation systems for each home site. These visually effective landscape treatments allow for the seamless transition between the residential streetscape, the parkland and open space areas. The outcome of the project demonstrates how modern living can be environmentally focused, while showcasing award winning landscape and water sensitive urban design features.
