Developed in conjunction with an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse, the Intercontinental Golf Resort and Spa consists of 271 rooms and 91 suites.
Originally commissioned to design the golf and clubhouse landscape, Place Design Group were also asked to review and deliver the landscape design for the Intercontinental Resort, culminating in the preparation of the integrated golf/ residential master plan and landscape design.
As the first hotel developments on one of the best beaches on the South Pacific, the end design exceeded briefed expectations creating a design drama, colour and variety.
