The landscape design capitalises on these attributes with bold architecture, addressing the street frontages accompanied with open and inviting landscape, including the ground level urban plaza, commercial and office entries, and podium roof areas. Small pocket gardens create comfortable outdoor seating spaces easily accessible from the tower lobbies.

Roof activation plans were proposed in the initial landscape concept to develop the underutilised upper roof area to bring people up to the podium roof. In this case developing an active playful multiuse sport theme, combining basketball courts and jogging tracks has created a powerful reason for both adjoining local residents and visitors from further afield to explore the site, which has now become a memorable signature design of this destination that attracts people to return time after time.
