Located within the Sippy Downs Town Centre sits the newly constructed Youi HQ. The signature building and outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of both the local community and staff of Youi.
Place Design Group was commissioned by Youi to create a practical, yet welcoming outdoor space for Youi staff and the local community featuring open green spaces, terraced gardens, pathed walkways and sheltered BBQ space for all who visit to enjoy.
The project resulted in an award-winning outdoor common space that is inviting, practical and modern in context and liveability.
