Situated in the north-western corridor of Adelaide, Riverlea emerges as a visionary, large-scale, master-planned community and residential project that redefines idyllic communities. In our design, each aspect of the development was intended to foster a sense of belonging, with extensive urban amenities and thoughtful public spaces that encourage interaction, recreation, and relaxation.

The development introduces a grand entry statement, welcoming residents to an urban environment that prioritises quality of life. From lush green corridors to active recreational spaces, Riverlea represents a bold commitment to creating vibrant communities, all while embracing forward-thinking sustainability.

Through our partnership with Walker Corporation, we are proud to contribute to the design and delivery of a vibrant and world-class residential community, elevating South Australia’s housing landscape.
