Riverlight – Settlers Cove

Riverlight is the second stage in the apartment precinct of the environmentally sensitive master planned Settler’s Cove development. Commissioned to create a cohesive design which complemented the architectural structures, Place Design Group created a luxurious resort style setting amongst the outdoor recreation areas.

Utilising verdant sub-tropical vegetation, our team were able to integrate the resort with the surrounding natural coastal woodland environment. Included in the public spaces is a 25m lap pool, child friendly lagoon pool and expansive gardens, the project also incorporates shelters, therapeutic spas, fully equipped gymnasium, yoga deck, barbeque and bar complete the communal facilities.
