Place Design Group is engaged to work with the Blue Mountains City Council and the wider community to develop the design for the Inclusive Playground (stage 2) at Glenbrook District Park with a focus on older children aged between 7-12 years.

The design will provide sufficient diversity of components to engage a large number of children and their carers and cater for a range of play experiences including active, sensory and imaginative play.

All design decision making will be made with inclusive principles front of mind. This will include delivering accessible playground infrastructure and pathways, signage and furniture that will ensure users can easily get there, play and stay for longer.
