Noosa Junction Place Making Strategy

Noosa is perhaps one of the most sought after destinations on the Sunshine Coast, located to the north of Brisbane.

Place Design Group were engaged as principal consultants to undertake the Noosa Junction Placemaking Strategy for Sunshine Coast Council. The project involved devising management strategies and design of community space within two sensitive nature conservation areas that adjoin the Junction, as well as coordinating extensive community and stakeholder consultation in the form of public displays, open days, workshops, focus groups and liaison with various media outlets. Conceptual design and construction phases have also been completed.
