This three-stage project consists of residential apartment towers located above a commercial and retail precinct in Southport. Integral to the overall planning was the integration of the development into the surrounding streetscape by the creation of a linear walkway, connecting both sides of a city block. Extensive recreational facilities were incorporated on the upper podium level to complement the mixed-use development.
