As a Senior Urban Designer, Nani brings almost ten years experience across the fields of Architecture and Urban Design to the Urban Design team at Place Design Group. Sophie has been with Place Design Group since 2010. Her experience is broad spanning commercial, public space and with a particular focus on detailed residential community design. Sophie is intimately involved in projects from concept to detailed design and works closely with our teams in both Australia and China to ensure quality outcomes.

Sophie relocated to our Brisbane office in 2017 and contributes to projects in China and Australia. Living in Australia has allowed Sophie to further her interests in how people interact between the built environment and nature by combining elements of Western design thinking with her deep understanding of the best of Chinese design.

From his experience with carpentry, furniture making and property maintenance, Tony has a strong understanding of construction processes which assists in design documentation, detailing and specification compilation.
